Kor.Haus

Kor.Haus: Modern Movement, Made Clear

Kor.Haus is a modern movement education system built on biomechanics, breathwork, and intelligent alignment. Taught through mat Pilates, the method gives instructors and movement professionals a clearer way to see the body, cue with precision, and teach with confidence.

Our core offering is the Anatomy & Movement Module—the foundation of the Kor.Haus Method. From there, students and studios can continue into additional training pathways: Mat Pilates Certification, StudioLab hands-on workshops for studios, and Kor.Haus Virtual Instruction for private support and personalized guidance.

Kor.Haus combines modern anatomy, classical principles, and intelligent sequencing into one clear, usable system for better teaching and better movement.

Start with the foundation. Build your pathway from there.

Anatomy & Movement Module (Core Offering)

The foundation of the KOR.HAUS Method.
A clear, structured training in biomechanics, alignment, breathwork, and movement sequencing—taught in both professional anatomical language and clear everyday coaching language.

Built to help instructors and movement professionals understand the body more deeply, teach more clearly, and move beyond memorized choreography.

KOR.HAUS Virtual Instruction

This offering is open to anyone who wants Pilates instruction, and it also serves as additional training for students who have completed the Anatomy & Movement Module and want to deepen their understanding through live application of the method.
